Résumé: RESUME : &#xD;
       Dans un contexte de forte compétitivité économique, notre travail se propose pour objectif d’analyser la compétitivité de la filière tomate sous serre dans une situation d’ouverture du marché Algérien par l’adhésion à l’Union Européen, la zone arabe de libre échange et à terme à l’OMC. Ainsi, quatre objectifs spécifiques sont définis : évaluer les charges liées à la production de la tomate sous serre, analyser la structure du coût de production et de revient,  faire une analyse de la compétitivité de notre tomate primeur par rapport à la tomate marocain en utilisant plusieurs outils d’analyse de l’avantage comparatif, et enfin déterminer les contraintes majeurs qui freinent la filière et proposer des solutions d’amélioration. Ce travail est basé sur une enquête auprès 97 agriculteurs sur la wilaya de Biskra, cette dernière ayant été choisie pour le poids particulier de la filière dans la région. Il a permis de confirmer les trois hypothèses principales :&#xD;
La part des charges d’approvisionnement et de la main d’œuvre occupe plus de 81 % des charges de production qui constitue un obstacle majeur pour maitriser le coût de production. Aussi la part des traitements de la mineuse est élevée et occupe plus de 28 % dans les charges des traitements phytosanitaires. Les faibles rendements et les problèmes de gestion des grandes exploitations aussi ont influencé la compétitivité de notre filière en comparaison avec le Maroc et les pays Européens.  &#xD;
ABSTRACT : &#xD;
&#xD;
    In a context of high economic competitiveness, our work proposes aims to analyze the competitiveness of the greenhouse tomato in a market opening position by Algerian accession to the European Union, the Arab Free Trade Area and ultimately to the WTO. Thus, four specific objectives are defined: to assess the costs associated with the production of tomatoes in greenhouses, analyze the structure of production costs and returns, make an analysis of the competitiveness of our premiere tomato from the Moroccan tomato using several analysis tools of comparative advantage, and finally determine the major constraints to the sector and propose solutions for improvement. This work is based on a survey 97 farmers on the Biskra, the latter having been chosen for the particular weight of the sector in the region. He confirmed the three main assumptions:&#xD;
The share of procurement costs and labor occupies over 81% of production costs, which is a major obstacle to master the production cost. Also the share of wages leafminer is high and occupies over 28% in expenses of phytosanitary treatments. Low yields and management problems of large farms also have influenced the competitiveness in comparison with Morocco and European countries.</summary>

Résumé: This prospective study is a contribution to a broad inventory of parasitoïds of aphids associated with ornamental plants in the major parks of the city of Biskra. Eighteen species of Hymenoptera parasitoids collected from 10 aphid species accurring on 15 plant species were identified. Among these parasitoïds, 11 species are primary. The latter are: Aphidius matricariae, A. colemani, A. ervi, A. transcaspicus, Aphidius spp., Trioxys angelicae, T. acalephae, Diaeretiella rapae, Ephedrus persicae, Praon volucre et Lysiphlebus testaciepes.&#xD;
A total of 53 tri-trophic associations: plant-aphid-parasitoïd was recorded in the city of Biskra. Information on some parameters (parasitism rate, emergence rate, hyperparasitism rate and sex ratio) are presented and discussed in relation to the ecological characteristics of habitat</summary>

Résumé: In the present work, we studied the diversity of the aphid fauna and their natural enemies in two sites in the region of Biskra. In addition to the inventory, we fellow the fluctuation of Aphis gossypii, which installed on the plants of pepper and paprika (Solanacées) grew in greenhouse at the site of El-Outaya. It appears from this study a richness of winged aphids composed of 26 species in El-Outaya and 19 other in Ain Naga. They belong to three (03) in families, the Aphidinae, the Chaitophorinae and the Pterocommatinae. Quantitative analysis of our results prove that the species Aphis gossypii, Rhopalosiphum maidis, Rhopalosiphum padi and Myzus persicae are the most species predominate in both sites. The activity of the winged is very intense in April at El-Outaya, on the other hand at Ain Naga there were two periods of flight, the first in February and the second in April. Inside the greenhouses the evolution of A. gossypii peaked in April. Four predators were identified: two ladybugs, they are Coccinella algerica (Kovar, 1977) and Hippodamia (Adonia) variegate (Goeze, 1777), a Syrphidae: Episyphus baltautus (DeGeer 1776), a Chrysopidae:Chrysoperla carnea (Stephens 1836) and a parasite: Lisiphlebus ambigius.</summary>

Résumé: As a matter of fact, the Ziban region economic development is based essentially on&#xD;
agriculture. Thus this work is realized in the region of Tolga using diachronic analytic&#xD;
descriptive approach in order to determine the changes resulted from the expansion&#xD;
and/or shrinking of the areas occupied by the natural ecosystem vegetations including&#xD;
the oasis ecosystem.&#xD;
The methodology which is applied focuses mainly on the analysis of NDVI of satellite&#xD;
images and field work.&#xD;
The floristic analysis has shown an important biological diversity, one half is vivace&#xD;
species and another half is seasonal species, with biological types dominated by&#xD;
chamaephytes then therophytes.&#xD;
In a duration of twelve years (1999/2010), we have noticed that the change of vegetal&#xD;
carpet could vary from a minimal value of 3 % during the very dry periods (1999) to&#xD;
more than 95 % in rainy periods (2010).In addition to the efforts of developing oasis&#xD;
agriculture via the expansion of about 1110 ha dates’ palm-trees in twelve years, that&#xD;
is 100 Ha per year.&#xD;
By comparing our findings to the agriculture department data, which are obtained by&#xD;
the accumulation of data, we can notice that our results are too close to that of the&#xD;
department.&#xD;
According to these results, which were got by the smart use of the bi-date (1999-2010)&#xD;
satellite data, we have established a collection of interpretative-photo cards and&#xD;
vegetation indexes; which are so helpful in decision-making.</summary>
