أزمة المشاركة السياسية للشباب الجزائري دراسة الانتخابات التشريعية

Abstract

يعد التركيز على المشاركة السياسية للشباب من المواضيع الجديدة نسبيا، حيث من النادر أن يتواجد الشباب في المراكز القيادية في مؤسسات الدولة الرسمية وحتى الأحزاب السياسية، وهو الأمر الذي ينطبق على الشباب الجزائري، فركزت هذه الدراسة على محاولة تفسير أسباب أزمة مشاركة الشباب الجزائري في السياسة، وذلك من خلال دراسة مشاركتهم في الانتخابات التشريعية وتتبع مسارها والأسباب التي أدّت لهاته الظاهرة، وذلك بدراسة حالة الانتخابات التشريعية 2012، التي توصلنا من خلالها لنتيجة مفادها أنّ الممارسات السياسية الرسمية الغير ديمقراطية ، وغياب الثقافة السياسية الايجابية اضافة للوضع الاجتماعي والاقتصادي المتدني من بين الأسباب التي أدّت بتحول عدم مشاركة الشباب في الحياة السياسية الى أزمة تستوجب البحث عن حلول يشترك في صياغتها وتنفيذها النظام السياسي من جهة ومن جهة أخرى الشباب. الكلمات المفتاحية: أزمة المشاركة السياسية، الشباب، الانتخابات التشريعية. Abstract : The focus on youth in term of their ongagement in the political participation is arelatively new ; where yong people are rarely found in formal leadership position and even political parties ; which applies to the Algerian youth, this study focused on trying to explain the causes of the crisis Algerian youth participation in politics, through the study of their participation in the legislative elections and follow the path and the reasons that led to these circumstances phenomenon by examining the case of legislative elections in 2012, which we reached the result that the formal non-democratic practices and the absence of positive political culture Of the low social and economic situation among the reasons that led to the transformation of the lack of participation of young people in political life to a crisis that requires the search for solutions co-formulated and implemented political system on the one hand and youth in other hand.
