dc.description.abstractThis study aims to address the issue of legal protection for the trademark of civil, both the criminal and in light of the Algerian legislation, which regulates the brand, whether Ordinance No. 03-06 relating to trademarks or 04-02 law, which defines the rules applicable to business practices, where is the brand as a right of industrial property rights with significant financial and moral value, as it is one of the means by which distinguishes each product from the other, and thus far the consumer mislead and gain confidence in the product and in view of this value has become vulnerable to attack them, especially through which committed the Algerian legislature to provide for tradition The legal protection necessary for criminalizing these acts and his deterrent penalties against offenders to reduce them.en_US
