Abstract

جاء حفظ السلم والأمن الدوليين في مقدمة أهداف الأمم المتحدة، وأصبح دورها سواء من خلال أجهزتها المختلفة أو من خلال تعاونها مع المنظمات الإقليمية، من أهم التحديات التي تواجهها في محاولة منها للوصول إلى نظام عالمي مستقر وديمقراطي وكان من الضروري أن يسعى المجتمع الدولي إلى تدعيم وتعزيز أهداف المنظمة الأممية، وذلك من خلال وضع إطار مؤسسي فعال لأجهزة الأمم المتحدة،وهنا تعتمد الأمم المتحدة على مجموعة من الأجهزة الرئيسية التابعة لها، من أجل الحفاظ على أهم أهدافها والمتمثل في الحفاظ على الأمن والسلم الدوليين، حيث يعتبر مجلس الأمن والجمعية العامة المحور الأساسي للحفاظ على هذا الهدف الأساسي، وفي هذا المجال تلعب المنظمات الإقليمية دورا هاما في إطار علاقات التعاون مع المنظمة الدولية، وبهذا نجد أن الأمم المتحدة تأخذ بمبدأ تعدد الأجهزة في القيام بوظيفتها الدولية، من أجل تحقيق أهدافها الأساسية.
