سيرورة العمل النقابي في الجزائر (دراسة سوسيو- أنثروبولوجية)

Abstract

إن نشوء الحركة النقابية في العالم وتطورها كان مختلفا وحسب الظروف التاريخية الملموسة لكل بلد من البلدان، لذلك فقد كان موضوع النقابة حقلا خصبا لكثير من الدارسين والجامعيين، فالشريحة العاملة هي ركيزة البناء الاجتماعي، وعليه فإن النقابة العمالية تعتبر تنظيم اجتماعي اختياري ينظم إليه العمال طواعية بغية توحيد صفوفهم وتعبئة قوتهم من خلال العمل الجماعي لمقاومة عمليات استغلالهم، كما يهدف إلى محاولة تحسين الأوضاع الاقتصادية للعمال فهي أيضا "مذهب يدعو إلى إحلال سيطرة العمال المنظمين في النقابات محل سيطرة الرأسماليين بحيث تصبح نقابات العمال أساسا للإدارة الصناعية، وإلى قيام نقابات العمال بحركة ثورية مستخدمة العنف لتحقيق أهدافها، مع رفض الاشتراك في الانتخابات والأساليب النيابية ومن هنا يمكن القول أن الحركة العمالية ونشأة العمل الجماعي ارتبطتا بنشأة الطبقة العاملة وتطورها تاريخيا حتى بداية الثمانينات من القرن العشرين، حيث ظهرت طبقة عمالية جديدة ذات خصائص تميزها عن نمطها التقليدي من خلال تفاعلها مع ظاهرة العولمةThe The emergence and the development of the labor union movement in the world refer to historical conditions of each country. Therefore, the union attracted many scholars and academics. Since the working class is the cornerstone of social construction, the labor union is an optional social organization. Its main role is to unite, reinforce, and resist their exploitation and to improve the economic working condition through a collective action. This labor union movement is a doctrine that aimed to replace capitalism in work so that the workers themselves dominate the industrial administration through revolutionary actions to realize their goals as well as refusing to participate in elections and parliamentary methods Hence it can be said that the collective actions and labor working historically associated with the progress of the working class till eighties in the twentieth century. This lead to the rise of a new working class characterized from the traditional class when interacting with the phenomenon of globalization.
