dc.description.abstract | The health care is considered one of the most important fields in our world, because people get ill, accidents and emergencies do arise and the hospitals are needed to diagnose, treat and manage different type of ailments and diseases. And as it is knows, improving the health care system is considered as one of the biggest and important things to do and the most challenging one. Providing such a new technologies, researches and techniques will definitely lead to a better system which will increase the performance and the impact of every part of it. As the health care domain advances, new technologies and techniques are used, new surgical procedure are created, new medicines are invented and even new diseases and ailments are discovered, thus it is necessary and obligated that our hospitals and our doctors and every single part of the health care system to stay up to date to those changes, to keep learning about them, to enrich their knowledge about them in order to reach a better performances and impacts and for sure to reach the maximum level of professionalism. In order to fulfill this goal, we decided to create a learning system that relays on Ubiquitous learning paradigm and achieve what is mentioned earlier.Les soins de sant´e sont consid´er´es comme l’un des domaines les plus importants de notre monde, car les gens tombent malades, des accidents et des urgences se produisent et les hˆopitaux sont n´ecessaires pour diagnostiquer, traiter et g´erer diff´erents types de maladies. Et comme on le sait, l’am´elioration du syst`eme de soins de sant´e est consid´er´ee comme l’une des choses les plus importantes et les plus importantes `a faire. Fournir de telles nouvelles technologies, recherches et techniques conduira certainement `a un meilleur syst`eme qui augmentera la performance l’impact de chaque partie de celui-ci. Au fur et `a mesure que le domaine des soins de sant´e progresse, de nouvelles technologies et techniques sont utilis´ees, de nouvelles proc´edures chirurgicales sont cr´e´ees, de nouveaux m´edicaments sont invent´es et mˆeme de nouvelles maladies et maladies sont d´ecouvertes, il est n´ecessaire et obligatoire que nos hˆopitaux et nos m´edecins le syst`eme de sant´e doit rester au courant de ces changements, continuer `a les connaˆıtre, enrichir leurs connaissances `a leur sujet afin d’atteindre de meilleures performances et impacts et d’atteindre le plus haut niveau de professionnalisme. Afin de r´ealiser cet objectif, nous avons d´ecid´e de cr´eer un syst`eme d’apprentissage qui se base sur un paradigme d’apprentissage omnipr´esent(ubiquitaire) et r´ealise ce qui est mentionn´e plus haut. | en_US |
