dc.description.abstractThe main objective of this work is about synthesis, structural and morphologic characterization of a new ceramics material PZT with perovskite structure ABO3. We are interested in the study of the ternary system 0.02Pb(Fe1/5, Zn1/5, Sb3/5)O3 - xPbZrO3 - (0,98-x)PbTiO3 abridge PZT-FZS with 49 ≤ x ≤ 52. A substitution in the site B for a morphological and structural study of our samples. The samples selected for this study were prepared by the method of synthesis (solid route). A thermal treatment was applied to these compositions at different temperatures: 1100 ° C, 1150 ° C 1180 ° C and 11900 °C successively in order to optimize the sintering temperature where the density of ceramics is at maximum (near theoretical density) and therefore the product is better physical quality. Different techniques of characterization were used such as scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, IR and laser particle size analysis.en_US
