dc.description.abstractAbstract In order, determine some of the characteristics (total sugar, protein and acidity) of pollen grains of some male palm ʺDokkar ʺnamely: Dokkar Deglet-Nour, Dokkar Ghars and Dokkar-Degla-Beida, grown in Oued Righ region. When the results showed a significant difference between the species studied, Ghars pollen had the highest protein content; Deglet-Nour pollen had the highest total sugar content; while Degla-Beida pollen had the highest acidity.en_US
