To assess the resistance of Staphylococcus SCP and SCN to antibiotics. Sensitivity of the strains was determined using the antibiogramme. During our investigation, we counted 189 strains of staphylococci, including 105 strains of Staphylococcus aureus and 84 strains of species SCN. SCP are widespread in the internal medicine department of men, and we get mostly first bacteria from pus (28.04). And we get mainly of the second bacteria from ECBU (11.64 %).SCN are very prevalent in the service women (10.05%). The study shows antibiotic resistance for both species: S.aureus: penicillin, Erythromycines, kanamycin (100%). SCN: penicillin, oxacillin, kanamycin , Rifampicine (100%). The spread of strains of staphylococci resistant to antibiotics has become an obstacle disturbing patients and medical staff making limited therapy; so it must take into account the conditions for the use of antibiotics and compliance with hygiene and prevention measures. |
