dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to identify the role that training programs play in achieving Total Quality Management in organizations .For achieving this aim , the researcher has selected Biskra’s Electrical Cables Industry Institution as a case of study, and he has chosen the members of study among the following categories :bosseses (chief managers,managers ,agents) The reseasher has used the descriptive analytical approach in the theoritical part of the subject and the method of case study in the practical part to reach the objectives of the study.In fact,a questionnaire has been distributed over the selected study sample that is 308 bosses among the community of study. Depending on the data and on analysing the results using the statistical program SPSS (the statistical package that is applied in social sciences , edition number 17)....en_US
