dc.description.abstract | The objective of this study is synthesized a Sb2S3 semiconductor material by the solvothermal route, and the effect of sulfur source and the reaction medium composition (ethylene glycol, glycerol, water and ethanol) on the structural properties of synthesized powders (size, crystallinity, morphology).The synthesized phases were characterized by X - Ray Diffraction (XRD) and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) and by.
