dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to find the role of incentives in enhancing organizational creativity . by studying a sample of the managers working in the institution of Malbanat Al Hadna in the Wilayat of Al-Msila. 50 questionnaires were distributed and 46 questionnaires were retrieved. The questionnaire data were analyzed by using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) based on arithmetical averages, standard deviations, Pearson correlation coefficient. At the conclusion of the study, we found that the institution in question provides material incentives and does not care to provide moral incentives. The study showed that there is a statistically significant relationship between material incentives and organizational creativity and that there is no statistically significant relationship between moral incentives and organizational creativity.en_US
