Abstract

Abstract This study deals with the irony in Autobiography ' s text. We choose " the diary of the naughty boy " for Mahmod Esaadani, in order to know the characteristics which made his literature as a distinctive art that has its particular features. This study has an introduction, two sections, and a conclusion. We tackle in the introduction several terms like irony and biography, with the attempt to identify the reasons of irony biography 's parts, and irony in biography 's text. In the first section, we deal with the techniques of irony in novel. While in the second section, we tackle the irony at the level of story and be printe , and its role irony in each level. Finally, we arrive at a group of results that we collect them in the conclusion
