Abstract

The aim of this study is to show the role of the foreign states in Libyan crisis , and to understand its relations with the fall of the Libyan political system, under the leadership of Muammar Al Qaddaafi; the international intervention in Libya, was based on opposing a forbidden zone flying on the Libyan spaces, which has taken different tendencies varying from its aim with the contributions of the great powers and other state which has played an essential role in demolishing the Qaddaafi’s power and supporting opposition, all this mission under the bregade of the NATO . But this intervention is the result of many factors, (political, social, economic), wich has a relation with the nature of Libyan political system of Al Qaddaafi, since his arrival to the authority in 1969, the Libyan political system has main characteristics such as the authority of making decisions based on the hand of one person Qaddaafi , also the political system has an exceptional constitutional structure varying from the other constitutional structures which well known in the International constitutions, the political system of Libya witnessed, the kind of republicanism which based on the doctrine of Qaddaafi , as an application of the (green book and International third theory), also Libya has noticed an unbalanced foreign policy between continental and universal nationalism, this lead Libya entering in many crisis and conflicts with western states , Lockerbie crises, which had a bad effects on the Libyan system it was class field as one of the non place full state , which work against the west and the United State of America..........
