دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تحقيق جودة التعليم العالي -حالة جامعة محمد خيضر –بسكرة

Abstract

تمحور هدف الد ا رسة حول معرفة أثر استخدام تكنولوجيا المعل ومات والاتصال في التعليم العالي، إذ أصبحت هذه التكنولوجيا من أهم الموارد التي يجب حيازتها في المؤسسة، لا سيما بعد الانتقال من الاقتصاد الصناعي الى الاقتصاد المعرفي، لهذا وجب على الجامعات استعمالها كمدخل لتحقيق جودة التعليم العالي وخاصة استخدامها من طرف الأساتذة، الطلبة، وفي إعداد البحث العلمي وفي طريقة التعليم. حيث قمنا في هذه الد ا رسة بتوزيع استبيان على عينة من أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية بجامعة محمد خيضر بسكرة مدعم بالمقابلة التي أجريت في مركز الأنظمة وشبكات الإعلام والاتصال والتعليم المتلفز والتعليم عن بعد التابعة لرئاسة الجامعة لمعرفة واقع استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات والدور الذي تلعبه في تحقيق جودة عناصر العملية التعليمية. وقد توصلت الد ا رسة إلى أن تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال لها مساهمة فعالة في تحقيق جودة التعليم العالي وذلك إعتمادا على مؤش ا رت التحليل الإحصائي في إختبار فرضيات الد ا رسة. الكلمات المفتاحية: تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال، الجودة، جودة التعليم العالي. The study summary : The study aims of the study was to investigate the impact of the use of information and communication technology in higher education, as this technology has become one of the most important resour to be acquired in the institution, especially after the transition from the industrial economy to the knowledge economy, therefore universities should be used as an input to achieve the quality of higher education, especially its use by teachers and student and the preparation of scientific research an way of education. In this study we distributed a questionnaire on a sample of faculty members at the university mohammed khaider biskra supported by the interview conducted at the center of systems and media networks communication and television education and distance education of the presidency of the university to know the reality of the use of information and communication technology and the role it play in achieving the quality of elements the educational process. The study concluded that information and communication technology is an effective contribution to the quality of higher education, based on the indicators of statistical analysis in the test hypothesesof the study.
