dc.description.abstractThis study aimed at identifying the impact of the organizational climate in its different dimensions (organizational structure, leadership and supervision, incentives, communication, technology) on the Human performance in Secondary School brother’s kalLa. To achieve the objectives of the study a questionnaire was designed to identify the perceptions of the members of the study sample towards the impact of the organizational climate on the Human performance. The study included a sample of 30 employees and the most important results reached: - The level of awareness of the staff members of the secondary school of kalla was conducive to the organizational climate was high, and their level of perception and perception of Human performance was high, and all dimensions were explained and significant for the performance. - There is a significant correlation between the organizational climate and its different dimensions with functional performance. The study concluded with a number of proposals, the most important of which are: - The need for the management of institutions to pay special attention to all elements of the organizational climate as an important variable that contributes to the impact on human performance, which will lead to high morale of staff and increase their loyalty and belonging to the institution. - Continuing leadership by motivating individuals and encouraging them to change, innovate and innovate.
