dc.description.abstractDue to technological developments in the world, banks have moved rapidly from traditional banking services to modern electronic banking services. The study examined the impact of electronic banking on the competitive advantage of Algerian commercial banks at the level of a group of banking agencies in the state of Biskra (Algeria's popular loan bank, Gulf Bank and Al Salam Bank). The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. A sample of 40 employees was analyzed using SPSS. Several statistical methods were used to test hypotheses. A number of conclusions were reached. The most important of these was the significant effect of (0.05) Differentiating the competitive advantage of commercial banks under study.
