Abstract

The study aimed to know the effect of knowledge management on the quality of higher education among the professors of the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at the University of Mohammed Khaider Biskra. The questionnaire was used as a study tool, In a group of teachers, 109 questionnaires were distributed and 72 responses were retrieved (66.05%), and the hypotheses were tested using a set of statistical methods using the statistical program spss. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: • There is a statistically significant impact of knowledge management on the quality of higher education among the professors of the Faculty of Economic and Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences at Biskra University. • There was a high level of knowledge management in the college where the mean was 4.021 and a standard deviation 0.730. • There is an average level of quality of higher education in the college in question, where the mean is 3.390 and a standard deviation of 0.679. • Keywords: Knowledge Management, Quality of Higher Education, Faculty of Economic and Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences.
