dc.description.abstractDue to the rapid changes taking place in the world, the institutions have given great importance to the new ways in which the human resource is moving and investing in it through its development and improvement of its current and future performance, which is positive for the overall performance of the institution. - This study aims to highlight the role of training in its dimensions: training tools, training needs and training programs in improving the performance of human resources in the Office of the promotion and real estate management of the state of Biskra, and we relied in our study on the analytical descriptive method to answer the problem of study and after analyzing the data, One of the most important results is a strong and positive relationship between training and human resources performance, where the relationship is in both training and training programs, while there is no relation to the training needs and the performance of human resourcesen_US
