dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study is to test the impact of HRMS on its dimensions (accuracy, timeliness, comprehensiveness, relevance) on talent management (talent recruitment, talent development, retention of talent), The study was implemented at the Algeria Telecom Corporation in – el oued, and the interview was adopted as a main data collection tool. The interview was conducted with users of the Human Resources Information System. The study found that there is a use of the Human Resources Information System in the Algerian Telecom Corporation, and it has a positive impact on the talent management of the institution in question. The human resources information system affects the institution to a great extent on attracting talent, By working to conduct training and education programs for these resources within and outside the institution. The Human Resources Information System also affects the organization to retain talent, but it does not give much consideration to the self-innovations and the acquisition of experience and knowledge, and not all information about modern technologies that guarantee the quality required.
