dc.description.abstract | The study aims to reveal the role of trust(the senior management of the organization, supervisors, work colleagues) inorganizationalenhanceorganizational loyalty (emotional, normative, continuous). The study has identified probleminseveral questions focused on thenatureandeffectcorrelationbetween the variables of the study, but that in order to develop a blueprintfora hypothetical study expresses thetwomainhypotheses, but in order to ensure the validity of the assumptionsforallundergonemultiple tests to ensure their validity. The study relied on the approach to the descriptive analysis, amused the study questionnaires a means to obtain the data, and a sample study used random sample, as has been chosen workers five branches of the commune feidh biskra a sample to assess organizational trust and organizational loyalty and their number was31 )people who represent the proportion of the community.
