Abstract

عنوان الدراسة : أثر إدارة المنافسات والبطولات الرياضية المدرسية على إقبال الفرق المشاركة في المنافسات ، دراسة ميدانية على مستوى ثانويات بلدية بسكرة تهدف الدراسة الى : إبراز مدى تأثير التنظيم الجيد للبطولة والمنافسة الرياضية والمدرسية على هذه الفرق المشاركة الفرض من الدراسة : كلما كان تنظيم البطولة جيدا زاد عدد الفرق المدرسية المشاركة في المنافسات الرياضية العينة : شملت عينة البحث عشرون " 20 " أستاذا في الطور الثانوي الأداة المستخدمة : تم استخدام استمارة استبيان . أهم الاستنتاجات : قصور وضعف كبير للمدربين في بناء وتخطيط ووضع أهداف واضحة المعالم و محددة للبرنامج ، كما ان البرامج التدريبية المطبقة لا تتماشى ولا تسمح بتطوير المتطلبات الحديثة لكرة القدم أهم الاقتراحات : وجدنا أن واقع مستوى إدارة المنافسات والبطولات ال رياضية المدرسية الحالي واقع متوسط نوعا، مع بعض النقائص والتي يمكن تداركها وبعض العقبات التي يمكن تجاوزها

Title of study: The impact of the management of sports competitions and school tournaments on the turnout of the teams participating in the competitions, field study at the level of the Municipality of Biskra The purpose of the study is to: To show the influence of the good organization of the championship and the sports and school competition on these participating teams The hypothesis of the study: the better the organization of the tournament, the greater the number of school teams participating in sports competitions Sample: The research sample included twenty "20" professors in the secondary stage Tool used: Questionnaire used. The main conclusions are: The weakness and weakness of the trainers in building, planning and setting clear and specific objectives of the program. The training programs applied do not match the requirements of modern football The most important suggestions: We found that the reality of the level of management of competitions and athletic tournaments current school is a medium average, with some shortcomings and can be remedied and some obstacles can be overcome
