Abstract

The aim of this study is to test the impact of the leadership skills in the multi-sports compound in the state of Biskra and to learn about the various leadership skills available in the office. We have found that the most skills available in these are human skills, the most important of which is good listening and good listening. We have also established sub-hypotheses and key assumptions In the end, we presented a number of suggestions in the research that would raise the level of leadership skills in the boat, and perhaps the most important of them is to raise morale among the subordinates and to spread the spirit of teamwork.
