Abstract

The goal of my end of study project, presented in this thesis is the design and realization of a conceptual application of practice management and archiving of medical images which is considered a very important task in the improvement medical office management. In addition, we offer an automatic diagnostic tool to help doctors do their work. Not to mention the flexibility of handling and treatment followed by our system for patients. The development process was carried out during three phases: we have a general study on the most important concepts related to medical imaging and PACS. The second phase is the design of my system and the sequence language. the third phase is the implementation of my system, where we use php, css, wamps and Matlab.
