Approches à la production et la protection intégrée du palmier dattier dans la région de Biskra (Zeb El Gharbi)

Abstract

Ziban is one of the main phoenicultural basins in the lower Sahara of Algeria. It is the most important place for produce "Deglet Nour" which is considered the first one in production date from the quality and quantity. Our objective is to determine the different ways of production and protection lines applied in the palm groves of Biskra (Zab EL Gharbi). The results obtained reveal two types of pipe, the first one is integrated pest control uses several cultural practices with a large production of 100 kg / palm. However the second one is a complex biological pest control but remains under exploited unorganized and framed.
