dc.description.abstractThe cultures represents a microclimate favorableto the development of the fungi. Our Works is to inventory the fungal flora of two stations of the Ziban region. Isolation from soil is carried out on the general PDA . Six genera have been identified in this work:. Aspergillus sp, Trichoderma sp, Rhodotorula sp, Trichosposon mucoides sp, Scedosporuim sp et Saccharomyce cerevisiae sp.The Apergillus sp, Trichoderma sp and Aspergillus sp are most commonly found in the soil and especially, while the other genera are the least responsive . The species: Aspergillus sp, is charged as causal agent of avian aspergillosis in the region of Biskra.en_US
