Analyse physicochimique et microbiologique de quelques marques d'eaux embouteillées (Baniane, Bouglez, El-kantara, Manbaa al-ghezlane et Guedila)

Abstract

L’eau, c’est la vie. La bonne qualité de l'eau embouteilles en vue de la consommation humaine constitue un élément très important pour la protection de la santé publique. Pour apprécier la qualité de ces eaux destinées à la consommation humaine, un contrôle physico-chimique et bactériologique a été réalisé sur les cinq marques d’eau embouteillée (Banyane, Bougulez, El-kantara Manbaa al-ghezlane, Guedila), Les résultats des analyses effectuées ont fait ressortir que ces eaux sont de bonne qualité physico-chimique avec une minéralisation moyenne pour les marques (Banyane, El-kantara, Guedila) à faible pour les marques de (Bougulez, Manbaa al-ghezlane), et présentent trois faciès hydrochimiques différents ; l’eaux de marque (Banyane, Guedila, Manbaa al-ghezlane) sont de type bicarbonaté calcique et magnésien, par contre la marque El-kantara est de type chlorurées et sulfaté calcique et magnésienne, alors que la marque Bouglez présente un facies de type chloruré sodique potassique ou sulfaté sodique. Sur le plan microbiologique, les résultats ont montré une absence totale des germes pathogènes. The good quality of bottled water for human consumption is a very important element for the protection of public health. To assess the quality of bottled water intended for human consumption, a physico-chemical and bacteriological analyses was carried out on the five brands of bottled water (Banyane, Bougulez, El-kantara Manbaa al-ghezlane, Guedila). The results of the analyses carried out that these waters are of good physico-chemical quality with an average mineralization for the brands (Banyaane, El-Kantara, Guedila) to low for the brands of (Bougulez, manbaa al-Ghezlane), and have three different hydrochemical facies; the branded waters (Banyaane, Guedila, manbaa al-Ghezlane) are of the calcic and magnesium bicarbonate type, on the other hand, the El-kantara brand is of chlorinated and sulphated calcium and magnesium type, whereas the Bouglez brand has a type of sodium chlorides sodium or sodium sulfated type.
