dc.description.abstractThe study we conducted includes the physical and chemical analysis of some date varieties in the Zeyban area, which yielded different results obtained by different chemical and biological composition of date varieties. The results obtained are that dates containing 33% sugar of acceptable quality, 34 % of poor quality and 33 % of good quality and in terms of humidity, we have obtained that the dates of moisture 30 % are good quality and 70 % of acceptable quality Key word : Date palm, varieties, physico-chemical analyzes, sugar levels.en_US
