dc.description.abstractThe issue of the treatment of illegal immigration has recently been characterized by serious and accelerated international changes that have made it a major issue in international, regional and national debates and meetings, leading to serious human rights violations by host countries, which requires intensifying the efforts of countries of origin, transit and destination to take joint and unilateral measures to find appropriate solutions to these problems, it has become evident that partial solutions have become ineffective and security alone is no longer enough. Because of its limitations, it is necessary to try to find compatibility between the security dimension and development policies and to take collective measures to achieve the economic and social growth of sending countries of migrants. The fight against illegal immigration requires a long-term confrontation of causes Economic, social and political leadership through an action strategy Global development reforms in migrant exporting countries.
