dc.description.abstract | Corruption has become a phenomenon that hinders the development of societies in the world in general and Algeria in particular, so we tried through our study to discuss the methods of combating it. We find that the Algerian legislator has written a set of mechanisms to fight corruption, namely: mechanisms to prevent corruption, The mechanism for the detection of corruption crimes and the mechanism of criminalization and punishment. The legislator has established anti-corruption institutions, the most important of which are the National Commission for the Prevention of Corruption, the Central Office for the Suppression of Corruption and the Accounting Council . However, despite the efforts made by the Algerian legislator in this field, the reality proves that corruption is still rampant in all parts of the country, because of the shortcomings in the aforementioned mechanisms on the one hand and the absence of a real political will in the fight against corruption on the other hand . Our study, by shedding particular light on this issue, has sought to demonstrate the weakness of the legislator's anti-corruption policy and to try to propose solutions to increase its effectiveness. | en_US |
