Abstract

The judicial control of public deals reveal to us the extent to the Algerian legislator is keen to protect public deals from all forms of corruption, considering it the most important course where public funds move, through the role of the administrative judge, which aims to respect the principle of legality, whether by canceling, The urgency judiciary or the complete elimination to achieve the public interest, because he is the original specialist in a disputes of public deals. In addition to the jurisdiction of the criminal judge by criminalizing the acts that are criminal character, and putingthe mechanisms to detect and combat them for protecting the public funds, without exceeding the original role of the administrative judge in this area.
