Abstract

هذه الدراسة تهدف إلى دراسة موضوع شرط عدم تعدد الزوجات بصفة قانونية وطريقة علمية وعملية, ومحاولة فك اللّبس عنها وعن الإشكالات التي تثيرها من ناحية التداخل مع إباحة تعدد الزوجات للرجل من خلال إستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمقارنة كأداة في بعض النقاط التي تتطلب ذلك للوصول إلى المخرجات العلمية من نتائج وإقتراحات.

Summary : This study aims to study the issue of non-polygamy legally and scientific method and process, and try to remove confusion about the problems that arise in terms of overlap with the permissibility of polygamy for men through the use of descriptive analytical and comparison as a tool in some points that require access to scientific outputs Of results and suggestions.
