Abstract

This study treats the economic development, which means the transition from one position to another better to improve the social conditions of citizens. The oil sector is considered. An important sector of the Algerian economy, but oil prices are likely to decrease due to various determinants. Therefore, we have to put strategies contribute in the diversity the sources of incomes of the Algerian economy out of dependency of oil, through the development of economic sectors that lead the increase of the state’s revenues, such as renewable energies, agriculture, industry and tourism as economic sectors contribute to the revenues of the state and achieved the desired economic development, although Algerian has and potential resources and special geographical situation that make it able to arrive and to achieve development and success through these alternatives.
