Abstract: | This study aims at studying the relationship between the training process and its impact on improving the performance of the employees and taking us as a case study for the Faculty of Law and Political Science. To test this, we designed a questionnaire based on the approved study model. The study group consists of employees in various branches of the college who have passed one of the training programs , The approved sample is estimated at 20 individuals. The results obtained were processed using the SPSS program, which helped us to carry out many relevant statistical tests. We found the positive relationship between each of the variables of the study. The training process has a positive role in improving and upgrading the worker's performance because the training contributes to the development and development of the worker's abilities, Therefore, we recommend that training attention be developed in line with the globalization era. Without neglecting the selection of the most efficient supervisors with the benefit of successful foreign expertise and this is for the success of the training program |
