Abstract

The world has known the emergence of an international economic gathering called the BRIC which is consisted of Beazil Russia, India and China ,this aggregation has formally formed its own aconomic block in 2009. Then it has rapidly turned to Brix after the joining of South Africa . Brix Characterized by enormous human resources, energies and economic capabilities and it quickly became an annual summit. It Occupied a prominent position on the strategic map and still have an important economic role in the new international order . Furthermore , Brix has known a huge development in its economic role to gain a political influence to confront unipolar and to build a balanced international system through the creation of polarity and the assistance of developing countries to promote and meet the challenges of the international system.
