Abstract

أصبح موضوع الإدارة الالكترونية واستراتيجياتها وتحديات التحول نحوها موضوعا حيويا يحظى باهتمام بارزا باعتبارها اتجاها جديدا في الإدارة المعاصرة حيث يتطلب تطبيق نظام الإدارة الإلكترونية توافر العديد من والإمكانات بهدف تقديم خدمة متميزة للمواطن وتحقيق مستوى أداء مناسب لمنظمات الإدارة العامة ولقد توصلت الدراسة الميدانية لحالة مديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية بسكرة إلى أن هناك شبه غياب الإدارة الالكترونية في المديرية كما ان هناك تأثير بعض عناصر الإدارة الالكترونية على معوقاتها في المديرية

The issue of electronic management its strategies and the challenges of shifting towards it has become a vital topic that receives prominent attention as it is a new trend in contemporary management as the application of the electronic management system requires the availability of many capabilities with the aim of providing a distinguished service to the citizen and achieving an appropriate level of performance for public administration organizations Youth and Sports for the governorate of Biskra until there is an almost absence of electronic management in the directorate and there is also the influence of some elements of electronic management on their obstacles in the directorate
