Abstract

عنوان الدراسة معاير الانتقاء و التوجيه لرياضة كرة اليد بالمرحلة الثانوية نحو الأندية المتخصصة دراسة ميدانية على مستوى بعض ثانويات ولاية بسكرة تهدف الدراسة إلى توعية طلبة التربية البدنية و الرياضية المقبلين على التخرج للاهتمام بفئة الموهوبين وكيفية توجيههم انتقاء المواهب في المدارس التعليمية والذي يعتبر وقود لشعبة النخبة الرياضية للبلاد التوعية اللازمة لأستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية بضرورة الاهتمام بالفئة الموهوبة الغرض من الدراسة رغبتنا الشخصية في معالجة هذا الموضوع وذالك لما لاحضناه في مؤسساتنا التربوية وإبراز الدور الذي يلعبه الأستاذ في اكتشاف و انتقاء المواهب الشابة وذالك في إطار الرياضة المدرسية وفق معايير محددة العينة 97 أستاذ ت ب التعليم الثانوي لولاية بسكرة وتم اختيار وتحديد العينة بالطريقة العشوائية حيث شملت 15 أستاذ وقد تم استخدام أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات والذي كان يحتوي على 16 سؤال مغلق أهم الاستنتاجات إن أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية قادر على اختيار وتوجيه المواهب الشابة نحو الاختصاص المناسب لهم وذالك في إطار الرياضة المدرسية أهم اقتراح وتوصية مستقبلية الاهتمام بتنظيم وتأطير المنافسات الراضية والمدرسية سواء منها الداخلية أو الخارجية بين مختلف المدارس بصفة إلزامية –توجيه رياضي يتناسب مع استعدادات وقدرات كل تلميذ واتجاهاته وميوله –بناء الانتقاء الرياضي لهؤلاء التلاميذ على أسس علمية حديثة وبصفة موضوعية Study summary Title of the study Selection criteria and guidance for handball sport at the secondary stage towards specialized clubs Field study at the level of some secondary schools in Biskra State The study aims to Educate students of physical education and sports who are about to graduate to pay attention to the category of talented people and how to direct them The selection of talents in educational schools Which is considered fuel for the elite sports division of the country the necessary awareness for a professor of physical education and sports about the need to pay attention to the talented group The purpose of the study our personal desire to address this issue and that because we have embraced it in our educational institutions and highlight the role that the professor plays in discovering and selecting young talents in the context of sports According to specific criteria the sample 97 teachers in secondary education in the state of Biskra and the sample was chosen and determined in a random way which included 15 teachers and the questionnaire tool was used to collect data which contained 16 closed questions On selecting and directing young talents towards the appropriate specialization within the framework of school sports The most important future suggestion and recommendation Interest in organizing and framing satisfactory and school competitions whether internal or external between the various schools in a mandatory manner a sports orientation commensurate with the aptitudes and abilities of each student and his trends and inclinations Building the sports selection of these students on modern scientific foundations and objectively
