Abstract

موضوع الدراسة مدى كفاءة أستاذ المرحلة الابتدائية في تحقيق أهداف التربية البدنية و الرياضية هدف الدراسة يهدف بحثنا هاذا الى تسليط الضوء حول مدى كفاءة أستاذ المرحلة الابتدائية في تحقيق أهداف التربية البدنية و الرياضية ولذلك جاءت اشكالية البحث كالتالي ما مدى كفاءة أستاذ التعليم الابتدائي في تحقيق أهداف التربية البدنية و الرياضية ؟ وللاجابة على هذه الاشكالية قمنا بصياغة الفرضيات التالية الفرضية العامة توجد علاقة بين كفاءة أستاذ التعليم الابتدائي و أهداف التربية البدنية و الرياضية الفرضيات الجزئية توجد علاقة بين كفاءة أستاذ التعليم الابتدائي وتنمية الجانب الانفعالي توجد علاقة بين كفاءة أستاذ التعليم الابتدائي وتنمية الجانب الوجداني توجد علاقة بين كفاءة أستاذ التعليم الابتدائي وتنمية الجانب الحسي حركي العينة حرصا منا على الوصول الى نتائج موضوعية ومتطابقة للواقع قمنا بااتيار عينة تشمل 96 أستاذ من مختلف ابتدائيات بلدية بسكرة من 958 أستاذ بنسبة 10 بالمئة المجال المكاني اجريت هذه الدراسة الميدانية على أساتذة المرحلة الابتدائية ببلدية بسكرة المجال الزماني اجريت الدراسة الميدانية في الفترة الممتدة مابين 16 فيفري 2020 الى غاية 16 أفريل 2020 المنهج المستخدم اعتمدنا في بحثنا هذا على المنهج الوصفي الاستبيان اعتمدنا في اجراء البحث على الاستمارة الاستبيانية التي تدرس كل مايتعلق بعناصر الموضوع بحيث كنا بصدد الاعتماد على Spssالطريقة الاحصائية الا أنه تعذرعلينا اكمال الدراسة الميدانية بسبب جائحة فيوس كوفيد 91 ونتأسف اذ أنه لم يتسنى لنا الوصول الى استنتاجات حول هاذا الموضوع Master thesis summary Title of the Study The efficiency of primary school teachers in achieving the goals of physical education and sports Study objective Our research aims to shed light on the efficiency primary school teachers in chieving the goals of physical education and sports Therefore the research problem came as follows How efficient is the primary education teacher in achieving the objectives of physical education and sports? To answer this problem we formulated the following hypotheses General hypothesis There is a relationship between the competence of the primary education teacher and the objectives of physical education and sports Partial hypotheses 1 There is a relationship between the proficiency of the primary education teacher and the development of the emotional side 2 There is a relationship between the proficiency of the primary education teacher and the development of the emotional side 3 There is a relationship between the proficiency of the primary education teacher and the development of the sensorymotor aspect the sample In order for us to reach objective results that are identical to reality we selected a sample that includes 96 professors from different primary schools in the municipality of Biskra out of 958 a professor by10 percent Spatial domain This field study was conducted on elementary school teachers in the municipality of Biskra Temporal domain The field study was conducted in the period between 16 February 2020 until 16 Avril 2020 Curriculum used We relied in our research on the descriptive approach Questionnaire In conducting the research we relied on the questionnaire form that studies everything related to elements Spss issue so we were going to rely on the statistical method However we were unable to complete the field study due to the Covid 19 virus pandemic We regret that we were not able to reach conclusions on this matter
