This essay Argues that , there is an obvious erosion in nationstate dominant role, as the central and pivotal actor in international politics. And tries to explain the new different factors that emerged in the last decade of the 20th century, and challenged the traditional role and authority of the nation- state, and caused an intense debate among theorists about state-centrism in international theory and practice .In the other hand, the essay tries to demonstrate and discuss another point of view, which argues that there is many indicators that show a possible return of the state as a senior actor in world politics.en_US
