dc.description.abstract	Arab world suffers long ago of the problem, which is one of the most important roblems that haunt the minds of communities, but a problem of food security or insecurity or minimize. The financial crisis came to exacerbate the worsening of this phenomenon through what produce reflections on food aid and on the agricultural sector in general.
