dc.description.abstractStudy Title The reality of human resource planning in sports management A field study at the level of the Directorate of Youth and Sports in the wilaya of Biskra The study aims to identify whether there is a lack of interest in the human resource planning process within the sports administration At the level of the Directorate of Youth and Sports in the state of Biskra the assumption from the study is that there is no interest in the human resource planning process within the sports administration At the level of the Directorate of Youth and Sports in the governorate of Biskra the sample included 44 administrative employees It was chosen by a simple random sampling method and the tool used to collect the information is the questionnaire The most important inference that we have reached is that Biskra and it included the most important suggestions 1 Increasing the regarde with the human element within the sports administration 2 Attracting human resources and selecting competencies as needed because the administration suffers from a great shortage of this important resource 3 Trying to get rid of the negatives that exists in the human resources planning Subject candidates to high ranking positions and positions to specialized training courses especially in the field of leadership Management communication 4 Changing the current philosophy of management which still considers the employee just a user to a new approach based on considering the employee a human resource that must be invested in and developed in order to achieve the established goals 5 Recruiting specialists in the management and development of human resources and giving them leadership positions in order to supervise the management of human resources according to scientific and methodological foundations 6 Establishing an evaluation system for the performance of individuals during their career path and relying on it thereafter in any employee promotion process 7 Adopting the principle of competence is a key requirement in any promotion process especially those of higher positions and senior positions 8 Actively following up on employees' career paths and following up on all matters related to them behaviors performance and promotions 9 Work to entrench the idea that seriousness and discipline at work and that everyone does what is assigned to him It is the most important factor that helps the smooth running of management and thus it reflects positively on the factor in itselfen_US
