عنوان الدراسة دور أنماط القيادة المطبقة في تحقيق الإبداع الإداري بالمنشآت الرياضية أهداف الدراسة هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة العلاقة الارتباطية بين الأنماط القيادية الديمقراطي و الأوتوقراطي و الفوضوي والإبداع الإداري في المنشآت الرياضية الفرضيات توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين أنماط القيادة والإبداع الإداري في المنشآت الرياضية منهج الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي محتمع الدراسة تألف مجتمع الدراسة من مستشاري الرياضة بمديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية بسكرة والبالغ عددهم 99 مستشار رياضي أداة الدراسة إعتمدت الدراسة على الإستبيان أهم نتائج الدراسة إثبات صحة الفرضية الأول القائلة بأنه توجد علاقة إرتباطية بين نمط القيادة الديمقراطي والإبداع الإداري في المنشآت الرياضية إثبات صحة الفرضية الثانية القائلة بانه توجد علاقة إرتباطية بين نمط القيادة الأوتوقراطية والإبداع الإداربي في المنشآت الرياضية عدم إثبات صحة الفرضية الثالثة القائلة بأنه توجد علاقة إرتباطية بين نمط القيادة الفوضوية والإبداع الإداري في المنشآت الرياضية أهم الإقتراحات تشجيع نمط القيادة الديمقراطية لمديري المنشآت الربياضية بصفة عامة ومديرية الشباب والرياضة بصفة خاصة إخضاء كل من يترشح لإدارة معينة أن يقوم بإختبار تقيس النمط القيادي للمترشح حتى يختار كل من يتصف بصفات قيادية تشاركية إدراح برامج التدريب لفائدة المرؤوسين لتمكينهم من الأداء الأمثل لمهامهم القيادية العمل على تنظيم تدريبات احترافية مع أحدث المناهج الخاصة بالعمل لمواكبة التطور وإبقاء المنشأة دوما في القمة إجراء دراسات أخرى مماثلة للدراسة الحالية في مستويات وظيفية أخرى للكشف عن دور أنماط القيادة في تحقيق الإبداع الإداريThe title of the study The role of the leadership patterns applied in achieving administrative creativity in sports facilities Objectives of the study The aim of the study is to know the correlation between leader ship patterns and administrative creativity in sport facilities The Hypotheses There is a correlation between leadership patterns and administrative creativity in sport facilities The Studys Approach Descriptive analytical approach The Studys Community The Study community consisted of the 99 sport consultants, from the Directorate of Youth and Sports of Biskra State The Study Tool The study relied on the questionnaire tool The most Important results of the study The first hypothesis thats says There is a correlation between the democratic leadershiop and administrative creativity in sport facilities has been validated The second hypothesis thats says There is a correlation between the autocratic leadershiop and administrative creativity in sport facilities has been validated The third hypothesis thats says There is a correlation between the laisser-faire leadershiop and administrative creativity in sport facilities has not been validated Suggestions Promoting the democratic leadership of managers of Sport facilities in general and the Directorate of Yoth and sports in particular Subject anyone who runs to particular admini-stration to take a test that measures the candidate's laedership Inclusion of training programmes for subordinates to enable them to preform their leadership functions Work to organize professional training with the latest curriculum to keep up Conduct other studies similar to the current study at other functional levels
