Study title The role of effective communication in developing the job performance of sports management Our study aims at Knowing the role of effective communication in developing the functional performance of sports management The purpose of the study Communication has an effective role in achieving job performance development in sports management Sample 22 from the Directorate of Youth and Sports How to choose it The method of random sampling was adopted in their selection The method used the descriptive method The tool used the questionnaire The most important conclusions Most of the employees agree that their relationship with the boss is good as well as with colleagues within the institution and the nature of official correspondence and communications is somewhat acceptable enabling them to communicate well and the boss’s method of communicating with workers is good it breaks the official barrier between them and belongs to a directorate with a good relationship with the directorates Relevant and encourages the use of all forms of activation principles of management where external relations are good Most important suggestions The management should use communication in the appropriate field Officials of institutions and departments must develop from communication to reach the desired goal To develop job performance through communication one must know how to deal with it Avoiding negative things that hinder organizational communication Awareness of workers in each period to make the best use of the means of communication
