ABSTRACT Heidour fares et Chabbi Abderraouf Reflection of the organizational function for the management of sports facilities a field study at the level of the February 18 complex of the sports facilities in the wilaya of Biskra Memo Master University of Biskra 2022 supervisor Azzeeddine Kaddour This study aimed to identify the reflection of the function of organization on the management of sports facilities at the level of the February 18 high complex of sports facilities in the Wilayat of Biskra and to identify the different opinions of the study sample members about the reflection of the function of organization on the management of sports facilities and the study sample consisted of 40 administrators Distributed at the complex level and in order to achieve the objectives of this study a questionnaire was used that consisted of 2 areas Biskra uses the organizing function to run the boat and that it contributes to determining and making decisions in the management of the sports facility It also contributes to the development and improvement of administrative practices and the achievement of satisfactory achievements and results Thus the function of organization contributes to achieving the goals of sports facilities management The serious organization in the management of sports facilities determines the extent of parity between employees and determines the responsibilities that can be achieved under the plans established and achieves competition among employees Within the sports facility it helps to eliminate errors and save time during the implementation of plans and improves the work of human resources inside the facility and thus achieves the principle of effectiveness in managing sports facilities There is no difference in the responses of the sample members in the impact of planning on other administrative functions and that there is a relationship between planning motivation organization and leadership
