واقع الدورات التكوينية أثناء الخدمة في تأهيل أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية وفق منهاج الجيل الثاني دراسة ميدانية لمتوسطات المقاطعة الأولى لولاية بسكرة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية الي الكشف عن واقع الدورات التكوينية أثناء الخدمة في تأهيل أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية وفق منهاج الجيل الثاني وذلك من خلال ثلاث أبعاد أساسية محتوى الدورات التكوينية ومدة الدورات التكوينية ووسائل وأساليب الدورات التكوينية ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي باختيار عينة بطريقة مسحية نوعها قصدية مكونة من 80 أستاذ وأستاذة بنسبة 80 بالمئة من أساتذة التعليم المتوسط في ولاية بسكرة وبالتحديد المقاطعة الأولى طبق عليهم استبيان الدورات التكوينية أثناء الخدمة وبعد جمع البيانات واستخدام حزمة من الأدوات الإحصائية التكرار والنسب المؤوية المتوسطات الحسابية الانحراف المعياري كا2 ومعامل الارتباط بيرسون توصلت النتـائج إلى أن الدورات التكوينية توضح واقع منهاج الجيل الثاني من المقاربة بالكفاءات محتوى الدورات التكوينية يولي عناية بالجانب التطبيقي للمنهاج الجديد الوقت المخصص للدورات التكوينية لا يكفي لاكتساب المتطلبات المهنية الجديدة الدورات التكوينية ليست بالمستمرة أي شهدت انقطاعا خلال المسار المهني للأستاذ كل الوسائل التربوية الضرورية لعرض محتوى الدورات التكوينية متوفرة اعتماد الدورات التكوينية على الأساليب الحديثة حسب أسلوب التدريب وقد تم مناقشة النتائج في ضوء الأدبيات النظرية والدراسات السابقة والمشابهة حول واقع التكوين أثناء الخدمة وبناءا على النتائج المتوصل إليها في الدراسة الراهنة يمكن تقديم مجموعة من الاقتراحات التالية اقتراح التمديد في فترات تكوين البيداغوجي للأساتذة أثناء الخدمة مما يساهم في تعميق المعلومات والمعارف المكتسبة أكثر اقتراح زيادة وتدعيم الجانب المالي المتعلق بالتكوين وجعله يتوافق مع مدة التكوين المقررة وهذا من أجل تغطية المتكون لمختلف احتياجاته الضرورية واجتياز هذه الفترة في ظروف ملائمة ومساعدة على التحصيل المعرفي تبادل المعلومات ومحتويات التكوين بين مفتشي مادة التربية البدنية والرياضية لكل ولاية من ولايات الوطن لتغطية النقائص في بعض الولايات اقتراح تنظيم دورات تكوينية لكل الموظفين مشرفين وأساتذة في مجال الإعلام الآلي من أجل تفعيل وتسريع إنجاز مختلف المهام والعمليات الإدارية اقتراح دراسات تتناول أسباب عدم انتقال اثر الدورات التكوينية على ارض الواقع بما أن محتوي وأساليب ووسائل عرضها محققة Study summary The current study aims to reveal the reality of the training courses during the service in qualifying teachers of physical education and sports according to the second generation curriculum through three basic dimensions the content of the formative courses the duration of the formative courses and the means and methods of the formative courses and to achieve the objectives of the study the curriculum was relied on The descriptive sample by choosing a sample in a survey method is of an intentional type consisting of 80 teachers representing 80 percent of the teachers of middle school in the Wilaya of Biskra specifically the first district a questionnaire was applied to formative sessions during the service and after data collection and using a package of statistical tools frequency and percentages Mean standard deviation Chi Square Test and Pearson correlation coefficient the results concluded that The training courses illustrate the reality of the second generation curriculum of the competency approach The content of the training courses pays attention to the practical aspect of the new curriculum The time allotted for training courses is not enough to acquire new professional requirements The training courses are not continuous that is they witnessed an interruption during the professional path of the professor All necessary educational means to present the content of the training courses are available Adopting the training courses on modern methods according to the training method The results were discussed in the light of the theoretical literature and previous and similar studies on the reality of training during the service Based on the results of the current study the following set of suggestions can be made Suggesting an extension in the periods of pedagogical training for teachers during the service which contributes to deepening the information and knowledge acquired more Proposing to increase and strengthen the financial aspect related to training and make it conform to the prescribed training period in order to cover the trainee’s various necessary needs and to pass this period in appropriate conditions and help in knowledge acquisition Exchanging information and training contents between physical education and sports inspectors for each of the states of the country to cover the deficiencies in some states A proposal to organize training courses for all employees supervisors and professors in the field of computerized information in order to activate and speed up the completion of various tasks and administrative processes Suggesting studies dealing with the reasons for the lack of transmission of the impact of the training courses on the ground since the content methods and means of presenting them are verified
