In addition to the lack of financial independence. The government includes the necessary financial requirements for the media control authorities within the general budget of the state. All these things are organized by legal provisions lead to the subordination of of these two supervisory authorities : the written press and audiovisual control to the executive power represented in the person of the President in particular.
