Abstract

Summary: Administrative licenses are a tool for tribal administrative control over the activities of individuals, as they are a legal administrative act that is classified as a police work without which the practice of any activity is prohibited. It embodies the general prohibition imposed by administrative control bodies on the public freedoms of individuals in order to achieve public order, public security and public tranquility. Several images according to the purpose for which they were created, no matter how many images they are, the goal remains the same, which is to achieve administrative control for the purposes entrusted to it. As for the areas of administrative licenses, they are multiple and wide and vary according to what is dictated by the public social interest and what the situation in the country requires . With regard to licenses in the field of construction and reconstruction, it is subject to the legal system of construction licenses granted to its applicant when the conditions stipulated by law are met. Not only this, but the supervision of the licensee's activity continues until the completion of the construction project .
