Abstract

Englich summary Mediation the judical order directed to the administration has allways been by taboos imposed by the administrative judge on himself ,but given that transformations ,the algerian legislator authorized administrative judge. Directing ordersto the administrative in order to implement judical rulings in line with the conduct of the french legislator ,but this changed situation ,as texts were issued that allowed him to issue orders to the administration,whithin certain restriction ,and the king had a great impact ,especially in the implementation of judicial ruling ,this would provide greater protection for the rights of individuals .
