dc.description.abstract | In this study, we dealt with research on the guarantees of disciplining the employee in the case of disciplinary sanctions. In the first chapter, we dealt in some detail with the guarantees prior to the imposition of the disciplinary punishment, where we dealt with the guarantee of confrontation, the guarantee of investigation, and the guarantee of defense. investigation stage.
