English Summary This research dealt with the issue of impartiality of public administration in Algerian law, by studying the extent to which the principle of impartiality is applied to the Algerian public administration, especially after the democratic transition, and the role of this principle in perpetuating the principles of equality and embodying the rule of law. This study was divided into two chapters, the first chapter of which dealt with the nature of the impartiality of the public administration in Algeria, where the conceptual and legal frameworks were discussed, as well as the justifications and images of the principle of impartiality of the public administration. The second chapter dealt with the legal guarantees of the principle of impartiality of the public administration in Algeria, before and after the 1989 democratic transition.en_US
